As the 2016 election season was getting started Hunter Biden’s friends and associates were concerned that a pending criminal indictment of his former business partner would get Hunter in a jam because he avoided paying taxes on his income from the Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

That is according to emails obtained from the seized laptop of Hunter Biden that show communications between him and defense attorneys after federal authorities had seized some of his business records Newsmax reported.

“Hunter and I talked briefly this morning and feel good with where we are on the taxes and the narrative regarding that,” Eric Schwerin, an executive inside the Rosemont Seneca business empire where Hunter Biden worked, wrote to defense lawyers George Mesires and Michael MacPhail on April 14, 2016, as they tried to secure an agreement with federal authorities.

The team also started discussing whether Hunter Biden should file for an extension for his 2015 taxes and “begin the process of amending the 2014 returns to reflect the Burisma payments from 2014.”

Grand jurors in 2016 indicted Archer and six others on charges they arranged tribal bond issues in South Dakota and spent proceeds for personal purposes. He was convicted in 2018, but the case was reversed. In 2020, an appellate court reinstated the conviction.

Hunter Biden in his new book said his only misjudgment when he joined Burisma was not considering Trump would become president in 2017.

“I have not done anything unethical and have never been charged with wrongdoing,” Hunter Biden said in the book. “What I do believe, in this current climate, is that it wouldn’t matter what I did or didn’t do. The attacks weren’t intended for me. They were meant to wound my dad.”

“Knowing all of that now: No, I would not do it again,” he said. “I wouldn’t take the seat on Burisma’s board. Trump would have to look elsewhere to find a suitable distraction for his impeachable behavior.”

But Hunter’s laptop has had a trove of information, most recently his use of the N word in communications with his attorney.

It has happened to him before with various photos and emails found on the laptop and it has happened again, this time with racist language, The Daily Mail reported in an exclusive story.

Hunter Biden used the n-word multiple times in conversation with his white, $845-per-hour lawyer, his texts messages reveal.

The shocking texts may prove embarrassing for his father President Joe Biden, who just last week gave a speech decrying racism on the 100th anniversary of the Tulsa massacre, and has sought to portray racial justice as a top priority for his administration.

The president’s son joked in a January 2019 text to corporate attorney George Mesires about a ‘big penis’, and said to the lawyer: ‘I only love you because you’re black’ and ‘true dat n***a’.

In another text a month earlier he wrote to the Chicago lawyer saying: ‘how much money do I owe you. Becaause (sic) n***a you better not be charging me Hennessy rates.’

“That made me snarf my coffee,” his attorney responded to him.

“That’s what im saying ni…,” he said, cutting off the racist word and then sending a picture.

“Why are you so tan?” his attorney said.

“I’m sorry for sexting you accidentally that was meant for another friend named Georgia,” Hunter said but the photo was not seen by The Daily Mail.

The two also discussed philosophy and bantered with each other.

Mesires: ‘There are ideals of unconditional love that serve as proxies. I don’t have many. You. God,’

Hunter: ‘OMG n***a did you just a fictional character from the imagination of the collective frightened and my dead brothers unconditional love is what I should rely on and my kids aren’t children George.’

Mesires: ‘My parents love was conditioned.’

Hunter: ‘My penis as of late has been un conditional.’

Mesires: ‘That’s why we are searching.’

Hunter: ‘For my penis.’

Mesires: ‘And we will always be searching.’

Hunter: ‘Its big penis George. They always find it. And I only love you because you’re black.’

Mesires: ‘It’s so annoying when you interject with frivolity.’

Hunter: ‘True dat n***a. But I’m done my rant.’
